As an approved affiliate of Affiliate Marketing Pro, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions found in this agreement. Please read the entire agreement before applying to become an affiliate with us.
As an approved affiliate you have permission to LEGALLY advertise our products and services to earn commissions by referring individuals to us, by use of your own: websites, funnels, advertisements and personal referrals.
By signing up for the Affiliate Marketing Pro affiliate program, you accept this agreement and understand it is a legal binding contract between you (affiliate) and Affiliate Marketing Pro.
Approval/Rejection of the application
We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application. Furthermore, purchasing any of our products does not guarantee affiliate approval, UNLESS otherwise stated (promotions etc.).
***IMPORTANT NOTE (UNCLAIMED COMMISSIONS)***
1 – Once commission payments have been made, Paypal will send an email notifying affiliates of the payment.
If an affiliate doesn’t have a PayPal account linked, they will be notified to create one in order to receive the payment. Paypal will hold these payments for 30 days.
If an affiliate doesn’t register and link a Paypal account during this time frame, any money due will be returned to Affiliate Marketing Pro and the affiliate forfeits their commissions.
So, PLEASE LINK YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY OR RISK LOSING YOUR AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS.
2 – If an affiliate does have their Paypal account linked and for some reason has not claimed their commissions, after 365 days the unclaimed commissions will be returned to Affiliate Marketing Pro and the affiliate forfeits the commissions owed.
Affiliate Termination
Your application or affiliate status may be revoked or terminated for all of, but not limited to the following reasons:
- Violation of intellectual property rights (copying AffiliateMarketingPro material).
- Inappropriate advertisements (making false claims, misleading links).
- Spamming (mass emailing individuals who did not consent to receiving your messages)
- Failure to comply with FTC regulations (ex. not disclosing your affiliate relation) as found on the FTC website.
- Engaging in unethical or illegal bribes for sales. Offering bonuses “Bonus stacking” and “coaching incentives” are acceptable.
- Suspected affiliate fraud, fraudulent transactions or self referrals will result in termination.
- Pretending to be AffiliateMarketingPro.com or FreedomInfluencer.com (Cloning our site, copying our site and pretending your site is the official AffiliateMarketingPro.com or FreedomInfluencer.com).
Affiliate Termination Clause
We value the partnership we share with our affiliates and strive to maintain a positive and mutually beneficial relationship. However, we reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in our program at our discretion, should we determine it is necessary to protect the integrity and goals of our program. This may include, but is not limited to, instances of non-compliance with program policies, unethical behavior, or other actions that may negatively impact our brand or community.
These methods are prohibited as an AffiliateMarketingPro Affiliate and engaging in any of these acts puts your affiliate account at risk of termination.
While we may make an effort to work with affiliates to retain their affiliate status, we reserve the right to terminate affiliates for violations of this agreement or no reason at all.
Referral Cookie Life & Tracking
We have a 365 day cookie policy. This means, when someone clicks on your affiliate link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 365 days or when they clear their cookies. If neither of those has happened and they make a purchase, you will get credit.
Our tracking policy is “Last Click”. This means, the affiliate link which was clicked on last before purchase will get credit for the sale (Unless the customer is already locked to an affiliate, then the locked affiliate will get credit).
You will not receive a commission if the a purchase is made after 365 day cookie window.
Commissions & Payouts
When you refer a sale to us, your commissions will become eligible for payout THIRTY FIVE DAYS from the date of the sale (and the customer has not refunded).
We pay our affiliates EVERY FRIDAY.
Eligible commissions are paid the Friday after commissions become eligible.
We do this so if a customer refunds within their refund window (30 days), we don’t payout an affiliate with funds that have been returned to a customer.
Example: If you make a sale on the 15th of January. That commission will become eligible for payment THIRTY FIVE days later (or around the 19th of February). In our example, the 19th falls on a Saturday. So, you will be paid out on the following Friday of February, which would be the 25th of February.
You will get paid every subsequent Friday, assuming you have eligible commissions and have earned more than the minimum $50 per payout period.
All notifications (text, email etc.) stating you’ve earned a commission are not actual commissions but a reflection of potential commissions earned. Your actual commissions will become eligible after the refund period has passed.
We pay our affiliates through Paypal. If your country is not eligible for payout, you cannot receive commissions from us, so do not apply or check back later to see if another form of payment has been added.
We have a $50 minimum payout balance.

Refunds
We have a 30 day refund policy. Thirty Five days after you make a sale, your commissions become eligible.
We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions for any reason. Typical reasons include:
- There was a refund, so the commission is no longer eligible
- The commission earned was done so in a manner that does not comply with this Affiliate Agreement.
Lifetime & recurring commissions
We are proud to say we offer lifetime commissions and recurring commissions.
Lifetime Commissions – If you refer a customer to us, they are locked to you (the affiliate) for life. This means if a customer you referred buys a product from us any time after the initial purchase, you will get credit.
Recurring Commissions – We may offer a recurring membership. In this case, you (the affiliate) will get commissions every month that your referred customer pays their membership fee.
Liability
Affiliate Marketing Pro will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by Affiliate Marketing Pro. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Financial Liability Disclaimer
Our affiliate program pays commissions to affiliates who promote our products/services. While we make every effort to ensure our program is fair and reliable, we cannot guarantee that every affiliate will earn commissions or that commission payouts will continue indefinitely.
It is important for our affiliates to understand that they should not rely solely on the commissions from our program for their standard of living. If an affiliate experiences a disruption in commission payouts for any reason, our company cannot be held responsible for any financial hardship that may result.
We encourage all affiliates to have alternative sources of income and to plan accordingly. Our affiliate program is designed to be a supplementary source of income and should not be viewed as a primary means of financial support.
Car Bonus Program Liability Disclaimer
Our car bonus program pays cash bonuses to affiliates who meet specific performance criteria. While we make every effort to ensure our program is fair and reliable, we cannot guarantee that every affiliate will qualify for a car bonus or that bonus payouts will continue indefinitely.
It is important for our affiliates to understand that our car bonus program is a discretionary program and may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time, without prior notice. The eligibility criteria and amount of the bonus may be changed by our company at any time, at our sole discretion.
We encourage all affiliates to have alternative means of transportation and to plan accordingly. Our car bonus program is designed to reward high-performing affiliates with a cash bonus, but should not be viewed as a guarantee or replacement for personal transportation needs.
Our company cannot be held responsible for any financial hardship that may result from changes or termination of the car bonus program. We encourage all affiliates to review the program terms and conditions carefully and to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Affiliate Marketing Pro and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by FreedomInfluencer LLC to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
Terms of agreement & Modification
This agreement is in effect once your application is approved and will end when your affiliate account is terminated.
We may modify this agreement at any time. If modifications to the agreement terms are unacceptable to you, then your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Continuing to participate in the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance to the modifications.
Electronic Signature of Contract
This agreement is electronic and is legally binding. Your agreement with these terms is indicated by filling out the Affiliate Application. When you complete the affiliate application, this acts as your electronic signature and has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
